- Technical data: IP address at signup, device/browser information, and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service.
- Marketing preferences: optional SMS marketing opt-in.

- Create and manage your account, verify email, and complete admin approval where required.
- Process bookings, communicate with renters and boat owners, and provide customer support.
- Process payments and payouts through Stripe (or similar payment providers).

- Send transactional messages; send marketing SMS only if you opted in.

We share information only as needed to operate the platform:
- Other users: booking-related details between renters and boat owners.
